Refund Policy

Paid listings

Listing fees ($49 Standard, $129 Featured, custom Sponsored Campaigns) pay for manual editorial review and placement. Payment is required before publication and is handled by email after acceptance.

When refunds apply

• If we reject your submission before publication, you are not charged — and if a payment was already taken, it is refunded in full.
• If we fail to publish an accepted, paid listing, you are refunded in full.
• If you request removal of your own published listing, no refund applies, because the review and placement work has already been delivered.

What refunds do not cover

Listing fees do not guarantee traffic, clicks, sales, or search rankings. Dissatisfaction with traffic or business results is not grounds for a refund.

How to request a refund

Write to [email protected] with your tool name, the email used for the submission, and the reason for your request. We reply by email and process approved refunds to the original payment method.
